Abstract

The article examines the relationship between family values and role expectations of spouses, taking into account modern pedagogical theory and practice. The theoretical analysis was based on the studies of O.Conte, J.Koyanbaev, R.M.Koyanbaev, S.Konyrbaeva, K.T.Atemova, Sh.Shuinshina and M.P.Kabakova, and also considered the latest views of scientists on family, family values and role expectations between spouses. Family values are a fundamental component of society and play an important role in the formation of culture and moral qualities. Values can be considered a set of principles, beliefs and norms that regulate family relationships and the interaction of family members. In our study, we found that family values form the basis of healthy and happy relationships within the family. In turn, values contribute to the formation of harmony, trust and respect, as well as the development of individuals and strengthening ties between family members. Based on theoretical analysis, we concluded that unlimited love, respect, trust, responsibility and the desire for knowledge are the main principles that help a family overcome difficulties and achieve a happy, stable life together. Based on theoretical research, the views of scientists in the field of philosophy, pedagogy and psychology on the study of family issues were considered, and the goal was set to experimentally determine the relationship between family values and role expectations. In accordance with the purpose of the study, the methodology of «Role Expectations of Partners» (N.Volkova) and the questionnaire «Family Relationships» (Aleshina Yu.E., Gozman L.Ya., Dubovskaya E.M.), as well as methods of mathematical and statistical analysis were used in the experimental work. Based on the results of theoretical analysis and experimental research, a relationship was established between family values and role expectations of spouses.
